By engaging VP Migration Advisory, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services
We provide migration advice and assistance in accordance with Australian migration law and OMARA regulations.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to provide high-quality services, visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs. We do not guarantee approval.

3. Fees
All professional fees will be clearly outlined in a written agreement prior to commencement of services.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times. Failure to do so may impact your application.

5. Confidentiality
All client information is handled in strict confidence in accordance with privacy laws.

6. Compliance
We operate under the Code of Conduct set by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, subject to applicable conditions outlined in the service agreement.

For full details, a formal Client Agreement will be provided upon engagement.
